Use the templates to share regular updates via social media, principal and teacher communication, and other digital channels.
Follow these simple steps to get started:
1. Download the templates
Download either the School Leaderboards or District Leaderboards file based on your target audience. Each file contains Top 3 and Top 5 variants of the following options (for examples, see the Top 3 and Top 5 Classroom leaderboards below):
- Classrooms
- Grades
- Readers
- Staff
- Schools (for Districts only)
2. Add your data to the leaderboard
Now it’s time to fill in your leaderboards! We recommend using Beanstack’s Insights to determine your school or district’s leaderboard rankings.

3. Share your leaderboard with the community!
