John Schu, a celebrated author and all-star librarian, wrote a picture book entitled, "This Is a Story." In the book, you will see that the illustrator, Lauren Castillo, included many, many real books on the shelves. Some of the titles are books that have special meanings for John. For his reading challenge, John invites us to read as many of the books featured in "This Is a Story," as possible. Get lost in these stories and remember to share them with someone you love. Mark them off as you go!
