Sometimes, a patron may accidentally log an incorrect amount of reading. If that happens, patrons can always update the amount on their log — This is how staff can manually update their account so that the badges earned match the amount logged.
Get There: People > Find a Person
- Search for the person you need. Click on the Reader's name.
- To remove a badge, click the Earned Badges tab. Select the badge you wish to remove, and click "Ok" to approve removal.
- To award a badge, click the Unearned Badges tab. Select the badge you wish to award, and click "Ok" to approve.
