Sometimes, a patron may accidentally log an incorrect amount of reading. If that happens, patrons can always update the amount on their log, however, it would not "un-earn" any badges earned as a result of these actions. This is how staff can manually update their account so that the badges earned match the amount logged:
1. Go to People > Find a Person
2. Search for the person you need and click on the Reader's name.
3. To remove a badge, click the Earned Badges tab (on the left navigation). Select the badge you wish to remove, and click "Ok" to approve removal.
4. To award a badge, click the Unearned Badges tab (on the left navigation). Select the badge you wish to award, and click "Ok" to approve.
Note that if a badge had a reward attached to it, when you remove the badge you will also remove the reward from the reader's page. Likewise, if you earn a badge with a reward, it will add the badge to the reader's page.
