This is likely because the registration badge was added to the challenge after this person enrolled. You may want to un-enroll and re-enroll the patron to earn the registration badge and any associated rewards.
Note: This is not possible to do if someone has already completed the program.
Follow the instructions below to un-enroll and re-enroll a patron:
- Go to People > Finda Person.
- Search for the person and click on their name under "Reader."
- Under "Enrolled," uncheck any challenge you need to un-enroll the reader from and then check the box again to re-enroll them.
