There are six roles currently available for staff in Beanstack: Volunteer, Staff, Staff Plus, Branch Admin, Curator and Admin. Below is a table of roles and access available to each.
There are three levels of access on rostered Beanstack sites: Student, Teacher, and Media Specialist. Generally, only those who are rostered (via Clever, ClassLink, etc) have direct access to your site. If someone is not rostered to a class in Beanstack, s/he will not have access to your site. The chart below shows the actions someone at each access level can take within Beanstack.
