In this case, we recommend that they set up multiple groups within that one account. The first group would be for all of the kids that will be in Program A (say, early literacy), and so the default age is 5. They go through and set up that entire group.
Next, they will select “Switch Readers” and choose “Add Group” They will then add details for a second group, setting the defaults to be for enrolling the group of kids into another program. For example, setting all teens to be 14 years old such that they are all enrolled in the teen program. Repeat as necessary for additional groups managed by one account creator.
