Everything that is logged on the mobile app should be reflected on a reader's profile on the website. Everything that is recorded on the website should be reflected on the mobile app. There may be a very slight delay in this, but almost immediately the two should be in sync.
Please also note that the logging experience in the mobile app does not directly reflect the settings applied to your site, so they may enter things like minutes read even if your school usually tracks books!
