Check out some key terms to help you navigate Beanstack reports!
Account Creator: The person responsible for creating an account. This is the person who is logging reading/activities for him/herself and/or other readers on the account. One account creator may include several readers in different programs.
Active Reader: Total of readers who have logged for any active log during this period.
Added by: Determines if this reader was added to the system by a patron (via the patron view) or by a staff member (via the admin tools).
Completion: This indicates when someone has completed the requirements indicated in your program setup (Setup > Manage Programs > Programs).
Prize Earned: A prize that has been earned, but not necessarily redeemed. These prizes would appear as both a red “x” and a green check under a reader’s name.
Prize Redeemed: A prize that has been marked as redeemed with a green check under a reader’s name, after s/he claims it at the library.
Reader: The person who is logging reading/activities, or for whom those things are being logged.
Readers Enrolled in a Program: Any reader enrolled in a program. Using a date filter limits this to the readers that enrolled in a program during the selected dates. If groups exist on your site, each group members is counted individually.
Total Readers: All readers on the site. Using a date filter limits this to the readers that were created during the selected dates. If groups exist on your site, each group members is counted individually.
