It can be very helpful to have a cheat sheet or how-to guide for staff that gives them specific instructions about using Beanstack and helping patrons participate in your library's challenge. Many partners have also seen success with developing one for their patrons too, with step-by-step instructions for downloading the app, creating an account, registering for their challenge, and logging the specified reading. Usually, these short, instructional guides are light on text and heavy on screenshots!
