As a teacher, you have access to view and, subsequently, approve or reject reviews written by students who are rostered to you. As a media specialist or librarian, you can approve or reject reviews from any students at your school. Follow these directions to view and take action on reviews.
1. From your admin dashboard, click on Content > Reviews.
2. From there, you can view all pending, approved, and rejected reviews. A pending review will remain visible only to you and the student who wrote it. Once approved, a review will become visible to other students at your school based on their age. Students ages 0-12 see other readers their own age +/- two years. Students ages 13-17 see other readers within this age range. Students 18+ see other readers in this age range.
3. To approve or reject reviews individually, click on the wrench icon next to the review. The popup window will show you the review's author, the review, and the option to approve or reject the review.
4. To bulk approve or reject reviews, select the reviews using the checkbox to the left and then choose one of the actions at the top of the screen (Approve All Checked, Reject All Checked, Delete All Checked).
