Ticket drawings are challenge specific, so the same ticket drawing cannot be run for multiple challenges. But you can include the same ticket prize options across multiple challenges and manually select the winner(s) from across those challenges.
To set up the same tickets and prizes across multiple challenges, you will need to follow the steps to set up tickets and prizes within each challenge, making sure to add the same prize option(s) to each challenge. When it comes time to run the challenge to determine winners, you will need to follow the steps to create a drawing for each challenge's prize options.
We recommend clearly titling the drawings, since you will have multiple drawings for the same prize option. For example, if there is a Kindle listed as a prize option in three challenges, you will have three drawings for that Kindle, even if you only have one Kindle to give away. You could title them "Kindle Kids Challenge," "Kindle Teens Challenge," and "Kindle Adult Challenge." And unless you have multiple of each prize to award, select one winner per drawing in the drawing setup. In the example Kindle drawing, each of the three drawings would be set up to pick one winner.
Once you have the drawings created, determine winners for all the drawings for a specific prize option. This will return the specified number of winners per challenge that you selected in the drawing setup. Then, from those winners, you can use an online randomized name picker tool or run a paper drawing to pick the correct number of names from those winners. For example, if you have one Kindle to award across three challenges, you would run the drawings within Beanstack to determine one winner per challenge, for a total of three winners. Then, you would take those three names and randomly select one final winner to notify.
Repeat those steps to run the drawings for each prize option.
