In the mobile app, you can connect multiple accounts at different Beanstack sites and easily edit or toggle between them.
When logged in to the app:
- Tap the Settings gear icon at the top right corner of the screen.
- On the Settings screen, select the “Account” option.
- To connect to an account from another Beanstack site:
- Tap “Add Account.”
- Choose “Find Your School or Library” to search for and select the correct site. Then either sign in to an existing account or sign up on that unique Beanstack site. Note: Beanstack Go is our free/independent mobile app site and is not associated with any library or school system.
- To edit the account you’re currently on:
- Select the account you’d like to edit.
- On the Edit Account screen, you can tap any field or selection you'd like to edit and type or select the new information. Note: The account creator information is attached to all readers on your account, and that changing your username, phone number, password, and/or email address could change your login credentials, depending on how your organization has set up their login page.
- When done, tap “Save!”
- To connect to an account from another Beanstack site:
In order to toggle between connected accounts on the app:
- Tap your reader icon in the top right corner of your screen.
- Next to the account name, select “Change.”
- In the pop-up window, pick the account to which you’d like to switch over.
