To update your password while logged into your account on the mobile app, tap the account gear in the upper right-hand corner of the app and then tap Account.

Select the accurate account in order to edit it, type a new password into the corresponding password field, and save.
To reset your password or retrieve your username from your organization's login page on the mobile app, simply tap the "Forgot password?" or "Forgot username?" link below the sign in fields.
This opens up a webpage in your mobile device's browser where you can input your email, username, library card, or other login information in order to send a reset link or send your username info to the email address attached to your account. If you do not have an email address attached to your account, you will need to contact your library or Beanstack Support in order to reset your password.
