If your class or family logs their reading on Epic!, you can import those sessions to Beanstack if your library or school has enabled the Epic! integration.
- Once logged in, tap the + icon in the bottom center of your screen.
- If your site has enabled the integration, you will be able to see and select an Import option.
- On the next screen, tap Epic! and then select Sign In As Student if you log in to Epic! with a class code or Sign In As Parent if you log in to Epic! with a username and password.
- Input your login credentials and tap Sign In. This is a secure SSL connection, and Beanstack will not store your account credentials.
- Once your account details have loaded, you will see a list of all readers under that Epic! account. Find the accurate one(s) and map them to the reader(s) on your Beanstack account by using the dropdown to the right of their name and selecting the corresponding reader. You can do this for as many readers as you have on your Beanstack account.
- Verify your selections and then tap Select Readers. Beanstack will save your selections for future imports and begin importing.
- When the import is complete, you will see a notification saying "Import Completed! Tap to view." If tapped, you will see all reading sessions and logging data that was added to your Beanstack account. Keep in mind that your reading sessions will be imported from the date your library or school selects as the start date for data sharing, so it does not always import all-time Epic! sessions.
