While we strive to catch any problems before we release a new app build to the Google Play or App Store, sometimes unanticipated bugs do happen! If your app is not performing as expected, we recommend following the steps below:
If using an Android device:
- Force Close the Beanstack Tracker App (if the issue persists after completing this step, proceed with the remaining steps)
- In your phone settings, find the Beanstack app, click into storage, then click Clear Cache **and** Clear Data.
- Uninstall the Beanstack app.
- Install any pending software updates on your device and restart it.
- Reinstall the Beanstack Tracker app.
If using an iPhone device:
- Force Close the Beanstack Tracker App (if the issue persists after completing this step, proceed with the remaining steps)
- Find the Beanstack Tracker app on your device, then press and hold your finger down on its icon.
- In the pop-up menu, select "Remove App."
- Then select "Delete App" in the next pop-up and tap "Delete" again.
- Restart the device.
- Reinstall the Beanstack Tracker App.
