RESOLVED: "Page Not Found" Error when logging reading in admin

This issue has now been resolved. 

Our team is aware of this issue and working on a solution. Although the "page not found" error message appears, please note that the reading itself *is* being logged. Of course, we understand this is not a good experience and we are working to resolve it as soon as possible.
