New program creation tool

We recently released a major upgrade to our program creation tool. The process to create a new program is now more guided and seamless. Rather than adding each individual component of a program separately, they are all together when you go in your menu to Setup > Manage Programs. You will now only have to select "Create a Program" to do everything from create prizes to add badges and activity tracks. 

Updated how-to documentation is now available on the Admin Setup guide. For those not using points, reference pp.15-23. For those using points programs, reference pp. 24-37.
