Ability to restrict selection between two programs

There is now an ability to restrict someone entering two programs at the same time. For example, if you have a summer program available for 0-5 and another for ages 5-10, you are now able to ensure that registrants may only register for one of these two programs. 

This was requested by New Albany Floyd County, West Allis, and many other libraries.
