Ability to add a description for days logging

Previously, when a library had logging days as a type, the only thing that could be indicated was the exact day logged. We have now added a question, "What did you read on this day?" that is optional for a patron to note when completing the log. If you'd like for this setting to be turned on for your site, please send in a ticket via Zendesk.

Initially requested by Dallas Public Library, Fort Vancouver Regional Library, and Kalamazoo Library.
