Ability to duplicate drawings

You are now able to duplicate drawings in the admin tools. This was requested by many libraries, including Metropolitan Library System. This tool is particularly useful for libraries looking to duplicate the same raffle across multiple branches. Remember to re-NAME any raffles when you edit the duplicate!
