Ability to duplicate programs/challenges

It s now possible to create a program/challenge within Beanstack and then duplicate that same challenge in Beanstack. The challenge will then be called "Copy of...[Original Program Name]." We hope this makes summer setup even easier for our clients. This was a heavily requested feature post-summer 2018!
