Ticket Drawings Added to Program/Challenge Setup

Library and school administrators may now set up programs that add virtual tickets to earned badges. Once they earn the badge and ticket(s), readers may submit those virtual tickets into the prize drawing of their choice (as set up by the administrator). This includes changes to the program setup and the patron view (for those that participate in programs with drawings).
