Program Specific Reports for Tickets (Ticket Drawings)

Previously, we did not have any reports on the tickets people submitted via their ticket drawings available in the admin. We have now added a report under Program Specific Data that allows an administrator to view the drawings toward which people put their tickets (and how many they submitted).
