Updates to Ticket Rewards for Readers and Admins
We heard your feedback about ticket rewards and made several upgrades to the feature!
Ability for a reader to add/remove tickets from a reward option: Readers may now add or remove tickets after having applied the ticket to a potential reward.
Ability for an administrator to add/remove tickets from a reward option: Administrators may now add or remove tickets on behalf of a reader. To do this, an administrator will look up an individual, then go to their profile page and select the option to add/remove tickets.
